B.C. releases guidance for doctors on youth mental health and substance

VANCOUVER — Brock Eurchuk said he felt "completely cut adrift" by British Columbia's health care system when trying to deal with health troubles of their 16-year-old son, Elliot. The teenager died from an overdose in 2018.
