MIFFLINBURG — Two parents who recently moved from Dauphin County to Union County are accused of letting their three toddlers live in "deplorable and unsanitary" conditions, according to state police in Milton.
Christan David Waldo, 37, and Josephine Taylor Carr, 22, both of High Street in White Deer Township, allegedly ignored and neglected their 2-year-old twins and 3-year-old daughter to the point where all three children will require early intervention and speech therapy due to the current living conditions and lack of care.
