KIM Hellberg will be helping himself to some more wine and chocolate this weekend.

Middlesbrough’s head coach revealed this week that he celebrated the win over Derby in his first game in charge with a glass of the former and a bar of the latter as he watched the full 90 minutes back.

He won’t tire of watching reruns of Middlesbrough’s opening 45 minutes at Hull City on Friday night. It’s hard to remember a half as impressive from a Boro side in recent years.

Hellberg was this week asked whether he was at all concerned about a lack of firepower in Boro’s squad. He replied with one word: no. Boro then scored more goals in the first half at Hull than they managed in Rob Edwards’ last four games in charge.
