The three New Castle County Police officers who arrested a suspect accused of planning an attack at the University of Delaware got a big thank you from the community on Friday. NBC10 Delaware Bureau reporter Tim Furlong has the story.

Three Delaware police officers were honored on Friday for possibly stopping a terror attack on the University of Delaware just before Thanksgiving.

It all started as just a routine car stop, but state and federal law enforcement agents say that the officers quickly figured out that their suspect had a plan to carry out an attack as well as the fire power to make it happen.
