DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County Police are investigating two separate shootings that happened within minutes and just miles of each other Wednesday afternoon.

At 4:56 p.m., officers responded to Gulf American Inns in the 3700 block of Flat Shoals Road in Panthersville for a shooting.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital. Police have not released his condition.

About five minutes later, DKPD said officers responded to another shooting in the 1800 block of Rollingwood Drive in Gresham Park.
