Following Friday afternoon’s 2026 World Cup group draw , fans are one step closer to seeing games at Gillette Stadium during next summer’s tournament.
While exact venues and kick-off times for each match are waiting to be revealed on Saturday beginning at noon EST, there is now a better idea of who will be playing in Massachusetts during the group stage.
In total seven matches will be held at Gillette, which will officially be “Boston Stadium” during the World Cup. Five will come in the group stage, one in the round of 32, and one in the quarterfinals.
The group stage matches will come from three groups and 12 possible teams. Gillette will host two matches from Group C, which includes Brazil, Haiti, Morocco, and Scotland. The stadium will also host two matches from Group I, which
