Thursday night, the streets of downtown Athens were filled with holiday revelry as the Downtown Parade of Lights made its way up Clayton Street. The theme this year was "Cooking Up a Great Holiday!"

There were over 90 groups in this year's parade, including an appearance by Athens-Clarke County Mayor Kelly Girtz and several ACC Commissioners. This year's Parade Marshal was award-winning chef Peter Dale.
