Longmont is experiencing technical difficulties with its utility bill website and campaign finance dashboard page, with both sites malfunctioning as of Friday afternoon.

City Spokesman Rogelio Mares said the city’s web portal, where customers can pay utility bills, is not displaying balances correctly. “If you click on ‘Pay My Bill,’ the system will provide the correct balance, or you can also contact Utility Billing at 303-651-8664 for the correct balance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we get this issue resolved,” he said.
