DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County Police need the public's help identifying persons of interest in a shooting where an innocent bystander -- who was out celebrating her birthday -- was killed.

Officers said they were called to an Exxon gas station in the 3000 block of Moreland Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 26, where a car meet-up was taking place.
