Some Coachella Valley residents have received mailers spotlighting DAP Health CEO's $500,000-plus annual compensation and threatened cuts to services.

A message in all caps states that "DAP Health is threatening cuts to patient care," but that they should start with CEO pay first. DAP Health CEO David Brinkman's base compensation is reported as $574,613, which matches up with the Palm Springs-based health care center's 2023 IRS form. "That’s the equivalent of $259.36/hour for a 40-hour work week," the mailer added.
