OMAHA, Neb. —

The family of the 61-year-old man who was shot multiple times by a 28-year-old man while at a north Omaha grocery store is speaking out.

PREVIOUS COVERAGE:

Michael Kasper was injured while at Phil's Cash Saver near 30th Street and Ames Avenue on Wednesday.

Omaha police said he was shot in the parking lot.

The suspect, identified as Juan Melgar-Ayala, was then tracked down to the QuikTrip near 32nd and L streets by police.
