HARMONY, Minn. — The City of Harmony has announced a Snow Emergency for December 7 from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. During this time, parking on city streets is not allowed.

Residents are advised to make necessary arrangements to avoid parking on the streets during the designated hours.
