TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Federal cuts have left more than 100,000 special education students in Arizona without oversight after the Trump Administration began making cuts to the Department of Education in March.

The Department of Education has lost nearly every staff member who oversees special education in the Office for Civil Rights . Cases from families in Arizona are taking longer to process, while students miss out on education.
