PHOENIX — A SAFE Alert has been issued for a missing 72-year-old man last seen in Phoenix on Friday, authorities said.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said Mario Ibarra Carillo was last spotted in the area of 11th Street and McDowell Road.

Carillo has a medical condition that can make him appear confused and easily lost, DPS said.

He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 166 pounds. He has brown eyes and grey hair, DPS said.

Anyone with information that can help authorities locate Carillo is encouraged to contact the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-6151.
