Seattle hookah lounge owner shuts down amid violent incidents and ordinance violations

A deadly shooting is just the latest incident in a series of violent crimes at a hookah lounge in Seattle, and on Thursday Police Chief Shon Barnes declared the nightclub a chronic public nuisance.
