Bo Bichette may go from one Yankees American League East rival to another this winter.

The Athletic reported Friday that some Red Sox officials view free agent Bo Bichette as an “intriguing alternative” if the franchise can’t retain Alex Bregman, who is also on the open market, this offseason.

Bichette, who will be 28 on Opening Day 2026, has spent his entire seven-year big league career with the Blue Jays before hitting free agency.

One of the top young infielders in baseball, several teams, including the Braves, Tigers, Yankees, Mets and Phillies, among others, have all been rumored to have interest in the two-time All-Star.
