A 68-year-old man was struck and killed by a scooter while crossing the street in Queens on Friday, cops said.
The victim was crossing at 168th St. in Jamaica when the scooter driver, who was heading west on 93rd Ave., struck him around 6:37 p.m., cops said.
Medics rushed the victim to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in critical condition, but he could not be saved, police said.
Police are withholding the victim’s ID until his family has been notified.
The scooter driver remained at the scene. There has been no arrest.
