SHELBYVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — With just a few weeks until Christmas, you still have plenty of time to get a Christmas tree. While Christmas tree farms may be few and far between in Central Illinois, one farm in Shelbyville is continuing the tradition.

The Schwengel family started No Bad Days Farm in 2019 to honor their son, Tucker, who died in 2016. His mother, Stephanie Schwengel, said he was so full of love and positivity, and his family wanted to spread love in his honor.

"Tucker, his thought or motto was 'no bad days'. So that's how it became No Bad Days Farm. He was a big personality kid and just a real loving person," she said. "That's what we try to do, we try to live up to that."
