The date for the JEE Advanced 2026 exam, conducted for admission to IITs, has been announced. According to the official notice, the exam will be held on May 17, 2026. IIT Roorkee is responsible for conducting JEE Advanced 2026. Candidates set to appear for the exam can check the notice on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

With the announcement of the exam date, students can now plan their strategies accordingly. This national-level exam determines eligibility for admission to approximately 18,160 IIT seats (based on last year’s data). It is listed as one of the toughest exams in the world.

The exam will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026. The exam will be conducted in two compulsory papers in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various centres across the country.
