Patna, Dec 6: A major political development appears to be taking shape in Bihar as Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son, Nishant Kumar, is seemingly preparing to step into active politics. The strong indication came from JD-U national working president and close confidant of the Chief Minister, Sanjay Kumar Jha, who openly endorsed Nishant’s political debut.

Speaking to reporters at Patna Airport on Friday, Jha remarked that party workers and supporters were eager to see Nishant take up responsibilities within the JD-U. His statement has further fuelled widespread speculation about Nishant’s much-anticipated entry.
