Jammu, Dec 05: In C.P./165/2025 (JAMMU) In T.A./2815/2020 titled MOHD RAFI Vs MR. PARDEEP KUMAR, IAS, SECRETARY after hearing CAT ordered as under:-

Despite last order dated 13.10.2025 whereby four weeks' time was granted to the contemnor - Ms. Sheetal Nanda to comply with the directions of this Court, however, till date neither the order has been complied with nor the contemnor was present before this Court.

In view of the persistent non-compliance, the Court is constrained to issue bailable warrant with two surety bonds each to the tune of Rs. 25,000/-, against contemnor - Ms. Sheetal Nanda(IAS), Commissioner / Secretary to Govt., Forest, Ecology & Environment Department, J&K, Jammu.

Further, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu is directed to execute these bailable warrants and
