Economic Affairs Secretary Anuradha Thakur has said that a combination of paperless budget preparation, fund release through electronic means and reconciliation in real time has helped in achieving a transparent fiscal ecosystem. Meanwhile, Controller General of Accounts (CGA) TCA Kalyani reiterated India’s support for global south countries in designing public financial management.
