The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued a directive requiring commercial carrier IndiGo to fully complete the refund process for all cancelled or disrupted flights by 8:00 pm on Sunday (December 7, 2025). This move follows extensive flight disruptions that have impacted passengers nationwide over the past few days. Other airlines have also been warned against spiked airfares.
