Argentina, Algeria, Ecuador, Curaçao, Tunisia, Netherlands and Austria will compete in Kansas City, Missouri, for the FIFA World Cup.

On Dec. 6, FIFA announced the match schedule for next year's World Cup Matches. The Kansas City matches will be on GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

The United States hosts World Cup in group bid

In June 2018, the U.S. won its group bid to host the World Cup Series. The bid was made with Mexican and Canada as a North American ticket.

Unlike previous world cups, there will be three hosting mascots : Maple the Moose, Zayu the Jaguar and Clutch the Bald Eagle.
