FORT WORTH, Texas — A man was injured in a shooting in a parking lot just outside Hulen Mall in Fort Worth Saturday afternoon, police say.
Fort Worth police spokesperson Cynthia Wood said police were called to the shooting in the 4700 block of S. Hulen Street around 2 p.m. Dec. 6 and directed to a grassy area between Macy's and Red Robin, where they found a man with a gunshot wound to one of his legs. An off-duty officer and off-duty emergency personnel were with the man when Fort Worth fire crews and EMS responded to provide medical assistance.
"Early details in the investigation show that the victim was walking outside toward the building when a suspect pulled a gun and shot him," Wood said. "We can share both that the victim and the suspect are adult males and it is believed that they
