One of the hot favourites has been dramatically evicted from the I’m a Celebrity jungle. Ant and Dec announced that Aitch is to leave after the latest public vote.

It is an astonishing result given how much of a favourite he was. Insiders say that the final is now "wide open" with Ginge, Shona McGarty and Tom Read Wilson vying for the jungle crown. At one point he was the bookies favourite. Aitch follows Lisa Riley, Jack Osbourne, Martin Kemp, Ruby Wax, Kelly Brook , Alex Scott, Eddie Kadi and Vogue Williams out of the jungle.

He said: "My time in the jungle has been unreal. I learned a lot about people. Learned a lot about myself." Fans couldn't believe it. One said: "I am speechless." Another added: "I must have misheard...he can't possibly have not made it to the final."
