(Gray News) - Netflix star and choreographer Criscilla Anderson died after a battle with cancer. She was 45.

The star, who appeared on Netflix’s 2020 reality show “Country Ever After “ announced that she lost her battle with colon cancer , according to a social media post.

The announcement was posted by her friend Lindsey.

“If you’re reading this, I’ve finally slipped into the arms of Jesus – peacefully and surrounded by love,” Anderson wrote in the post shared to Instagram. “Please don’t stay in the darkness of this moment. I fought hard and I loved deeply.”

Anderson was first diagnosed with colon cancer in 2018. Following treatment, she went into remission in 2021 only for the cancer to return in late 2022.

She added, “I am not gone … I’m Home.”
