Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signalled that there has been progress in the 28-point peace plan talks as he held a “very constructive” phone call with US special envoy Steve Witkoff and US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner on Saturday.
The Ukrainian president informed that the discussion focused on how to ensure that Russia sticks to a potential peace deal to end the war which has been raging for the past four years. Zelenskyy also said that he is “determined” to continue working with the United States.
