COLUMBUS, Ohio — A man died in a shooting Saturday in North Linden, Columbus police said.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the 2600 block of Osceola Avenue on a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
Sgt. James Fuqua told 10TV the victim was pronounced dead at the scene just after 1 p.m. Police have not yet released his identity.
Columbus homicide detectives are still investigating the incident.
No additional details about what led to the shooting or a possible suspect were available.
