CARBONDALE, Pa. — On Saturday, a small crowd gathered at the first stop of the Santa Train in Carbondale .
Folks could see Santa, Mrs. Claus, and other festive crew members. Residents also took in some live music and got a head start on checking items off their Christmas lists.
"I have to pick out the color of my Lexus...or BMW would do too," said Moscow resident, Michele Crisi.
While it's not as rare as his winter sleigh, St. Nick did get to travel through Lackawanna County on a diesel-electric locomotive built in 1948, one of three left chuggin' in the world.
