Seth Hubbard’s tip-in with 0.2 seconds left gave Milwaukee the 74-72 victory over Robert Morris on Saturday night in Milwaukee.
DeSean Goode led all players with a career-high 26 points for the Colonials (7-4, 1-1 Horizon League). Ta’Zir Smith scored 12 and Josh Hill collected 10 rebounds.
Hubbard finished with 21 points for the Panthers (4-5, 1-0).
The Colonials finished the first half on a 13-0 run to take a 41-34 lead into halftime.
Milwaukee went on a 15-3 run that tied the game at 54-54 near the midway point of the half. The Panthers then took the lead at 58-56 on a Danilo Jovanovich basket at 9:16 and built their lead to seven points (65-58) with 6:50 remaining.
Robert Morris battled back, closing the gap to a single point with 1:12 left on a Goode dunk.
