PEORIA ( 25News Now ) -An East Peoria holiday tradition brought festivity and much-needed foot traffic to local businesses after last Saturday’s winter storm.
The 12th annual FOLEPI Gifts Galore Shop and Stroll turned the historic Four Corners District into a family friendly market.
Visitors enjoyed a horse drawn carriage ride with the Grinch, holiday shopping, with many of shops treating it as their Small Business Saturday. The nine participating businesses and organizations sold anything from food, handcrafted items, jewelry, and even plants.
