John Blackwell had 30 points, as host Wisconsin rolled past in-state rival Marquette 96-76 in a nonconference matchup on Saturday in Madison, Wis.
Wisconsin (7-2) opened a double-digit lead with 8 1-2 minutes left in the first half and led the rest of the way to improve to 6-0 at home.
Andrew Rohde scored 17 points. Nolan Winter had 13 points and 13 rebounds. Aleksas Bieliauskas added 11 points and 10 rebounds, as Wisconsin pounded Marquette on the boards, 46-33.
Freshman Adrien Stevens had 15 points, while Chase Ross added 12 for Marquette (5-5).
The Badgers led 43-31 at the break and extended it 60-43 on two free throws by Nick Boyd with just over 14 minutes remaining.
Blackwell's 3-pointer from the right corner put Wisconsin up 78-56 with just over eight minutes left.
