One historic lane is renowned for a peculiar "time slip" tale from decades ago, and to this day, visitors recount bizarre occurrences.

Bold Street, nestled in the heart of Liverpool, is steeped in a myriad of spectral stories - but these aren't your typical eerie white apparitions. The most infamous tale involves a bloke known as Frank.
