Goa Police on Sunday booked the owners, partners, manager, event organiser and other managing staff of the nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane in North Goa’s Arporam – where a midnight blaze on Saturday killed 25 people, including four tourists – on charges of culpable homicide.

The FIR was lodged on the complaint of sub-inspector Navneet Goltekar from Anjuna police station.

The FIR names chairman of Romeo Lane Saurabh Luthra, his brother Gaurav Luthra and unknown partners, manager, event organisers and other managing staff as the accused.
