MONTGOMERY - The rivalry between Orleans and Barr-Reeve took on a new dimension after the Bulldogs joined the Vikes sectional and vaulting from there, to winning a state title last season.

However, the latest installment in the rivalry was all Vikings, as they came away with the 48-28 win for the 3-0 No. 7 Vikings - and a third straight win for coach Heath Howington since taking over to start the season.
