ATLANTA -- Sam Darnold threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns to help the Seattle Seahawks cruise to a 37-9 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba had seven catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns for Seattle (10-3), which outscored the Falcons 31-3 in the second half.
Kirk Cousins completed just 15 of 30 passes for 162 yards and two interceptions. Bijan Robinson rushed for 86 yards for the reeling Falcons (4-9), who secured their eighth straight losing season.
Seattle scored the game's first touchdown on the opening play of the second half, as Rashid Shaheed's 100-yard kickoff return gave the Seahawks a 13-6 lead.
