Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur couldn't believe that Keisean Nixon was called for the penalty.
Nixon was grabbed in the neck area by Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III after a play in the second quarter of the Packers-Bears game on Dec. 7 .
Burden's actions came after Nixon approached him and had some words.
The 21-year-old rookie must have taken exception and then put his right hand under Nixon's chin strap.
Nixon flailed his right arm back at Burden to get him off and Carrington Valentine also came into the picture to provide some separation.
A penalty then was thrown.
But it was just on Nixon. It was the second penalty for Nixon on the drive.
