Marvin Browdy, age 100, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025. Born on Jan. 1, 1925, to Samuel and Sophie Browdy, Marvin lived a long and fulfilling life grounded in family, creativity and simple joys.

Marvin had a deep appreciation for music and was especially fond of playing his trombone. He enjoyed photography, gardening and spending time with his family and friends – moments that brought him great happiness throughout his life.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Susan Browdy, Lee Cecil, his son, Scott Summers, his grandchildren, Melanie “Joe” Joltin and Rob “Malaky” Cecil and great-grandchildren Aliyah, Alexander and Wyatt Joltin and Eloise and William Cecil.
