Upcoming recreation and aquatics classes will open for registration starting this week.
There’s a wide range of activities being offered by the city for all ages, including Fun with Friends for preschoolers and RoboThink Niagara, Sewing Club and Creative Bug for kids.
The city’s programs supervisor, Koby Vanyo, said there are many active programs for adults and older adults, too, such as Essentrics, TRX, Barre fitness, Pound fitness, DanceFit and Boogie Nights low-impact classes.
She encouraged people to check out the offerings at stcatharines.ca/ActiveSTC .
