STILLWATER COUNTY, Mont. – A disturbance early Monday morning prompted a significant law enforcement response near mile marker 10 on Stillwater River Road.

According to the Stillwater County Sheriff’s Office, dispatch received a call about the disturbance at 3:37 a.m. A suspect is now in custody, and deputies said that there is no threat to the public.

The sheriff’s office said an investigation is underway. Deputies said more information will be released as it becomes available.
