AMES, Iowa — Iowa State University officially introduced Jimmy Rogers as the new head football coach for the Cyclones on Monday morning after announcing his hiring on Friday.
Rogers spoke about the future of the program.
"Hopefully from the outside world you don't see much change, because this team is competitive–very competitive–and is driven to win the Big 12 Championship and win championships moving forward. And I believe that we can do that," Rogers said.
Rogers joins Iowa State from Washington State University, taking over from Matt Campbell who is departing for Penn State.
