MARS HILL - A popular Marshall BBQ spot is opening another Madison County location.

High Ridge Adventures Outfitters and BBQ will open another restaurant in the South Main Street building, owned by Mars Hill University, and previously occupied by Ríos Mexican Kitchen.

“Owning my own restaurant has been a dream of mine since I was a little boy,” co-owner Chris Whytsell, 40, told The News-Record Dec. 5 in a conversation with his business partner/co-owner Chad Hudson.
