SAN FRANCISCO—On September 16, at 4:45 p.m., a suspect followed a victim at Harry Britt Building’s Q-Lot east side, which located near Frida Kahlo Way. The suspect intended to grab a female victim, but she screamed, catching the attention of another person who rescued her. The suspect never spoke and walked towards the bus stop.
On October 9, at about 4:30 p.m., when a student entered Harry Britt Building (HBB), they noticed the suspect sitting. As the student passed by, the suspect started laughing, standing up to lung the student, but he did not touch the other individual. He went into the 1st floor men’s restroom.
It was reported November 3, at 5 p.m., a timely warning was sent out to City College of San Francisco students, faculty and staff at its Ocean Campus, advising them to be on
