Coronation Street has revealed a first look at an upcoming special single episode focusing on Todd Grimshaw and Theo Silverton's increasingly disturbing relationship.

Those who follow the ITV soap know that Todd is being controlled by his partner, who he randomly met on the cobbles earlier this year, but as the abuse has recently become phyiscal, it is clear the former undertaker is fearful of what Theo is capable of.

But as the domestic abuse that Todd is suffering at the hands of his partner, Theo, intensifies, the powerful episode, which transmits next Monday, December 15, sees the police descend on the street after a report of a domestic incident.
