SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Authorities have released the identities of those involved in what they are calling a double-homicide and suicide in Springfield.
Springfield Police were called to the 1400 block of State Street on the morning of November 25 for a reported stabbing. Once officers arrived, they found three people, two men and one woman, dead in the home.
Payton North, spokesperson for the Hampden District Attorney’s Office, said Monday that the homicide victims have been identified as 67-year-old Khamkieo Chingvacha of Springfield and 47-year-old Sachivanh Phomphanh of West Hartford, CT.
She added that it’s believed the third person, 43-year-old Kung Kedjumnong of West Hartford, CT, fatally stabbed Chingvacha and Phomphanh before taking his own life. Investigators have also
