Strictly Come Dancing star Katya Jones broke down in tears after her shock exit.

Katya and her celebrity partner Lewis Cope found themselves in the dance-off on Sunday (December 7) against West End star Amber Davies and Nikita Kuzmin.

Both couples performed their Musical-inspired routines again, with Amber and Nikita first performing their perfect-scoring Charleston to Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat from Guys and Dolls.

Lewis and Katya then danced their Salsa to Dance at the Gym from West Side Story. Judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood unanimously voted to save Amber and Nikita, meaning that Lewis and Katya became the ninth couple to depart the competition. The result has been branded one of the "worst exits" in Strictly history.
