SCHENECTADY — Schenectady is continuing negotiations with the state as it seeks to over the city’s court facilities.

The state Office of Court Administration sent a letter to State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli on Oct. 14 directing him to withhold $13.3 million in state funding from Schenectady for failing to provide suitable city court facilities.
