A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the Federal Center for Animal Health of Russia to strengthen cooperation in agricultural research, innovation, and capacity building.
The MoU was signed during a bilateral meeting between India's Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Russia's Minister of Agriculture Oxana Lut, where both sides discussed ongoing cooperation and outlined future areas of collaboration.
