Artists Equity , the studio founded by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon , has hired veteran producer and executive Amy Baer as its president of film and television.

Since it launched in 2022, Artists Equity has produced “Air,” “The Instigators , ‘ and “The Accountant 2 , ” many of which have starred Affleck or Damon. The company’s upcoming releases include “The Rip,” an action film starring Damon, Affleck, Teyana Taylor, and Scott Adkins, that will be directed by Joe Carnahan, as well as “Animals,” a thriller directed by Affleck, who stars alongside Gillian Anderson, Steven Yeun, and Kerry Washington.
